Sophie is a store branch that offers a diverse range of high-quality skincare and makeup products exclusively designed for women. The website serves as an ideal platform to showcase the brand’s innovative products and create a lasting impression on potential customers.

2.TASK :

By blending the online and offline experience seamlessly, the aim is to invite everyone to visit Sophie’s physical stores in Iran. The showcase website is here to make people’s journey smooth and enjoyable and enable them to find the nearest branch.

3.CONDUCTING INTERVIEWS :

By Conducting Interviews With 4 Individuals And Using 10 Open-Ended Questions, We Gained Valuable Insights Into Our Users’ Experiences, Challenges, And Preferences. This Research Provided A Deep Understanding Of How Our Users Think, Feel, And Communicate About Specific Topics Or Scenarios, Which Greatly Influenced Our Design Decisions.

  • Lack of comprehensive information about product availability at nearby store locations in skincare websites.
